Ensure that credit application are reviewed and loan accounts are monitored on a regular basis to maintain a high portfolio quality

Assist in waterfalling strategic decisions throughout the organisation through presentations, events and internal communique

Lead and supervise a team of Relationship Managers assigned to drive business growth, relationship management and product management across the different sectors.

Process India remittances, Inward and outward TTS/ RTGS transfers and update the relevant registers, customer account statements, handling customer balance Inquiry.

Ensure relevant reports are timely prepared, accurate & submitted to pertinent Authorities. Follow up on post disbursement conditions for their closure/compliance.

Coordinate the Bank and Security agencies to respond to theft, robberies or any potential breach of peace across the bank network;

Provide insights from dashboards created, highlight interventions, propose trainings or actions for improvements based on Voice of the customer analytics within the bank.

Explain credit loan facility options and qualifying criteria to customers, and support customers in the completion of credit application information requirements.
