Establish proper recording and monthly reporting systems of all procurement activities inclusive of updated inventory;

To support stores in Receipt process of the organizational items, materials, and supplies in line with the stores and procurement guidelines.

Develop strategies for environmental protection, including waste management, pollution control, and energy conservation.

Liaise with field offices and field procurement assistants to confirm all items sent are properly received and PRISM is updated.

Ensure safe work procedures and environmental guidelines complied with, for zero penalties from respective authorities

Plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities such as maintenance planning, repair analysis, and test equipment recommendations.

Draft and update all site requisitions received and ensure all requests are received and completed in a timely manner.

Ensure that adequate textile products and supplies are available to all Departments in Head Office, Branches.
