We do not sell government bid documents or act on behalf of government institutions.
All procurement or job listings posted on AfriCareers.net are for informational purposes only, unless explicitly stated. Members and visitors are urged to verify opportunities independently and exercise due diligence.
7. Agreement Checkbox on Registration
During account registration, users are required to acknowledge agreement with these Terms of Use by checking an acceptance box labeled:

This checkbox is a legally binding declaration of your acceptance of all platform terms, policies, and disclaimers.
8. Data & Content Responsibility
You retain ownership of all User Data uploaded to AfriCareers.net, but AfriCareers is not responsible for its loss, misuse, or removal. We recommend that users keep backups of important content.
AfriCareers does not guarantee that deleted data can be restored once removed from the Service.
