Job Description
The Recoveries Field Agent is responsible for effectively delivering demand letters and other relevant materials to clients to facilitate payment recovery. This role supports the Recoveries team in achieving collection targets while maintaining professional relationships and accurate records of field activities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Optimize the delivery of demand letters to designated clients with intent to recover outstanding payments.
- Deliver other relevant documents /materials as per schedules.
- Escalate cases that require further action to the Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, and client interactions in the system.
- Provide daily updates on field activities to the Recoveries Team Leader.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients during recovery visits.
- Address client queries and concerns or redirect to appropriate channels.
- Ensure personal safety and follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all recovery activities.
- Follow up with assigned clients on overdue accounts.
- Maintain the motorcycles in good mechanical condition.
- Coordinate with Administration to procure stationery for printing letters and Envelopes.
- Be a brand ambassador and ensure the right image is projected of the brand.
- Maintain thriving relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
