Lead quality audits on RTO processes and customer operations, calibrate and coach agents, and drive continuous improvement to ensure world-class customer experience and compliance with standards.

Support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist with reporting and compliance, and handle routine finance administration while gaining hands-on experience.

Drive customer acquisition and product sales (airtime, SIMs, devices) through professional, field-based selling while adhering to retail finance controls, processes, and policies, and delivering excellent customer service.

Lead shop-floor sales and customer service to achieve targets for airtime, acquisitions, and devices while upholding finance controls, inventory accuracy, and a superior in-store experience.

Drive channel growth by visiting retailers and agents to increase awareness, accelerate SIM activations and float turnover, and uphold strong visibility and merchandising standards across assigned territories.
