Job Description
The Shop Team Leader drives daily retail performance by executing sales plans, monitoring consignment and shop inventory, and ensuring accurate cash float management and sales accounting. The role supports customer experience initiatives, provides basic technical assistance (e.g., device configuration), and ensures compliance with retail finance processes and policies. Working closely with retail operations, the leader maintains merchandising and service standards to maximize conversions and repeat business.

Generate sales for airtime, acquisitions, and devices in line with set targets.
Monitor Telkom inventory and consignment stock; reconcile daily physical counts with system movements.
Manage daily cash float; account for and report daily sales accurately.
Implement customer experience improvement strategies to drive sales and loyalty.
Provide technical support to customers, including data device configuration.
Adhere to finance controls, processes, and policies governing retail operations.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of sales experience (telecom/FMCG retail preferred).
