Job Description
Reporting to the Shop Team Leader, the DSA markets and sells the company’s telecom products and services, manages cash float and inventory records, supports customer experience initiatives, and offers basic technical assistance (e.g., device/data configuration). The role follows established retail processes and financial control policies to ensure accurate sales accounting and stock management.

How to Apply
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for airtime, acquisitions, and devices.
Monitor consignment and shop inventory; reconcile physical vs. system stock daily.
Manage daily cash float; account for all sales transactions per policy.
Execute customer experience improvement activities to boost conversions and retention.
Provide basic technical support, including setup/configuration of data devices.
Share product knowledge, upsell/cross-sell suitable solutions, and capture customer feedback.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: At least 1 year in sales (telecom/retail sales preferred).
Technical competencies: Marketing skills; product knowledge; upselling & cross-selling; solution orientation; CRM basics.
Core competencies: Customer focus; networking & partnership building; influencing & negotiation; analytical thinking.
Leadership/behavioural: Results orientation; business acumen; continuous self-development.
