Job Description
The role focuses on structured market coverage and channel development. You will recruit and map SSOs and agents, execute beat plans with high call rates, deliver business tools, and train outlets on transactions, AML/KYC (SIMREG), and T-Kash processes. You will monitor stock and float to enforce the 1.5× stock rule for agents and adequate SIM stocks for SSOs, maintain brand visibility and merchandising standards, and report on channel performance and corrective actions.

How to Apply
Recruit, identify, and map SSOs and agents, prioritizing mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
Visit SSOs and agents per agreed route/beat plans to achieve required call rates.
Provide transaction tools and conduct on-the-job training for SSOs and T-Kash agents.
Train agents on AML and SSOs on KYC/SIMREG requirements; ensure compliance.
Monitor float and stock; enforce the 1.5× stock rule for agents and ensure adequate SIM stock for registrations/activations.
Deploy and maintain merchandising materials; uphold visibility and POS standards.
Track outlet performance and provide timely reports, insights, and recommended actions.
Academic & Professional
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
At least 1 year in sales and distribution within FMCG or telecommunications.
Competencies
Customer focus; influencing and negotiation skills.
Networking and partnership building.
Analytical thinking and problem solving.
Strong product knowledge; solution-oriented approach.
