Job Description
The Sales Executive – Western Region will oversee assigned territories to ensure effective product distribution, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. The role requires building strong customer relationships, supporting brand activations, monitoring competition, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will develop route-to-market strategies, provide efficient customer service, and report regularly on performance and market trends.

How to Apply
Build a strong route-to-market network to drive profitable sales growth.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
Support brand marketing by identifying opportunities for listing and activations.
Execute trade marketing strategies, including merchandising and POS placement.
Work closely with traders and retailers to enhance loyalty and trade support.
Represent the company in line with business and ethical standards.
Monitor competition and report on market information, pricing, and product trends.
Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, interests, and market activities.
Submit daily visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
Minimum Qualifications
University degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in trade marketing in the FMCG industry, preferably food and beverages.
Key Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing personality.
Valid Driver’s License (mandatory).
Strong organizational and workload management skills.
Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to execution.
