Job Description
The Zonal Sales Manager owns the commercial performance of the zone, executing territory plans to grow revenue and customer base, manage partner networks (ASOs, SSOs, agencies), and ensure product/service availability and brand visibility. The role steers site profitability programs, builds field team capability (TDRs, DSAs, “Commandoes”), monitors competition and deploys counter-measures, and provides accurate, timely reporting to management.

How to Apply
Achieve territory sales/revenue targets (Mobile & MFS) and customer base growth via acquisition drives.
Drive channel-specific agendas (ASOs, SSOs, agencies) and site profitability initiatives.
Engage, develop, and performance-manage field resources (TDRs, DSAs, Commandoes).
Ensure customer experience standards and product knowledge in own and partner stores.
Guarantee market visibility and availability of products/services across outlets.
Monitor competitor activity and implement counter action plans.
Manage partner relationships to deliver ground execution and growth.
Prepare and submit all required performance and market reports.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in sales & distribution within Telco/FMCG.
Core competencies: Customer focus; influencing & negotiation; networking & partnerships; analytical thinking; sales management; route-to-market management; planning, organization, and reporting.
