The role holder’s main objective is to coordinate movements of over 429 drivers and over 435 trucks for products and ensuring that all trips are executed as per journey management plan.

Oversee surveillance, first-level diagnostics, and optimization of deepwater wells at the Egina and Akpo fields.

Responsible for preparing, negotiating, awarding, and administering contracts for works, goods, and services.

Responsible for managing payroll and compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, automation, and efficiency.

Provide first-line technical support and lead preparation/execution of routine and non-routine subsea interventions across AKPO and EGINA—ensuring safety, equipment availability, integrity, and optimized production.

Coordinate and oversee all Subsea Life of Field services and integrity activities across AKPO and EGINA, ensuring equipment availability, contract compliance, cost control, and safe execution with SPS LoF contractors and internal stakeholders.

Lead and contribute to reservoir geology studies and modeling for turbidite reservoirs—updating geological understanding, executing QA/QC of inputs and models, supporting drilling and development concepts, and ensuring consistency with dynamic simulation and company standards.

Provide process engineering support to onshore/offshore assets, conduct studies and simulations, drive debottlenecking/optimisation, ensure process safety compliance, and deliver documentation for modifications and operational improvements.

Provide engineering and maintenance support for electrical power systems, mechanical equipment, and instrumentation/control systems across onshore/offshore facilities—improving availability, reliability, integrity, and cost efficiency.

Ensure all commissioning preparations align with OPERCOM methodology and TotalEnergies specifications.

Develop, implement, and maintain procedures, tools, and systems for effective project scheduling, progress control, and reporting.

Support the Industrial Area Superintendent South in ensuring that contractors fully understand and adhere to Company and Project standards related to instrumentation systems.
