Job Description
Based in Lagos (EKO1 Tower), the Coordinator is the focal point for LoF services—planning, estimating, raising and following Service Orders; preparing CPSC dossiers; organizing SQMs; reconciling WEN/SO; and ensuring timely maintenance and availability of subsea equipment, tooling and spares at contractor and TEPNG storage. The role provides technical assistance to offshore operations (trees, manifolds) and topsides (HPU, SCU), leads/participates in SIMOPS, JRA and PTW processes, reviews task plans/procedures, supports integrity projects, and drives subsea technology initiatives to reduce OPEX and increase uptime. It interfaces with Partners/Authorities (NUIMS, NUPRC), Contracts/Cost Control, HQ SPS CATMAN, and supports new project start-ups (e.g., PREOWEI, AKPO WEST).

How to Apply
Coordinate all work with SPS LoF contractors; prepare CPSC dossiers and run Service Quality Meetings (SQMs).
Estimate, prepare, submit and follow up Service Orders; ensure internal approvals and budget tracking.
Ensure timely maintenance/availability of subsea equipment, tooling and spares; manage SPS spare parts under LoF contracts.
Lead WEN/SO reconciliation with ECP Subsea, D&Ws Subsea, Onne site reps, Contractors and Cost Control.
Provide technical support to offshore subsea facilities (trees, manifolds) and related topsides (HPU, SCU).
Review/approve subsea operations documentation (Task Plans, Procedures, SIMOPS, JRA); ensure compliance with PTW.
Support subsea integrity projects and execution of DW Subsea Integrity works.
Drive innovation initiatives to reduce OPEX and increase equipment availability.
Interface with TEPNG DW Contracts on subsea contracts; process invoices; perform periodic cost reviews.
Draft LoF services contracts and close technical exceptions during renewals; interface with HQ SPS CATMAN for synergies.
Provide installation/commissioning/start-up assistance for new subsea projects (e.g., PREOWEI, AKPO WEST).
Liaise with Partners and Authorities (NUIMS, NUPRC) on Subsea LoF subjects.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years’ deep-water O&G experience, including ≥4 years in Subsea Production Systems (SPS).
Proven Life-of-Field contract exposure, with cost engineering and budgeting experience.
Software: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, Primavera P6, PI ProcessBook.
Strengths: contract negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, adaptability, conflict resolution.
Attributes: strong technical mindset, high workload capacity, autonomy, organization.
Language: fluent English.
