The Relationship Officer – Community Banking will be reporting to the Relationship Manager and is responsible for recruiting and nurturing new group business deals, growing the existing relationships, monitoring and maintaining the Pride’s Business portfolio within manageable risk spheres to enhance profitability.

This role is responsible for reviewing credit proposals, loan appraisal and disbursement, and ensuring high-quality loan portfolio management in line with the bank’s credit policies and procedures.

The role is critical in overseeing the performance, quality, and compliance of the credit portfolio while ensuring timely preparation of credit, financial, and statutory reports in alignment with the Credit Policy and departmental objectives.

The Finance Officer will support financial operations by managing staff payroll and benefits, monitoring liquidity, and providing accounting and reporting support to ensure effective financial management of the organization’s activities.

The Administration Officer will be accountable for implementing the administrative decisions with regard to insurance, facilities / utilities management and asset management

The Financial Controller will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance and will be accountable for implementing the Bank’s financial management, control and reporting frameworks
