The Relationship Officer – Group Banking will be responsible for recruiting of clients and visiting prospective clients’ homes and businesses to assess credit worthiness.

The Relationship Officer Agribusiness is responsible for recruiting and nurturing new Agribusiness deals, growing the existing relationships, monitor and maintain the Bank’s Business portfolio within manageable risk spheres to enhance profitability.

The Relationship Officer – Community Banking will be responsible for recruiting and nurturing new group business deals, growing the existing relationships, monitoring and maintaining the Pride’s Business portfolio within manageable risk spheres to enhance profitability.

He/she will be Responsible for the growth in business & financial targets as will be agreed using different parameters esp. on customer numbers, Liabilities, Assets and revenue growth

He/she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, and managing the organization’s estates and facilities.

He/ she will be responsible for assessing credit worthiness and viability of credit facility requests in line with the bank’s credit policy and make recommendations for decision making

The Branch Manager is responsible for driving strategy on sales, service, people, operations & business development within the branch, including profits & staff productivity.

He/ she will responsible for development, Implementation and maintenance of standards and systems that will ensure secure information systems and data.

He/ she will responsible for supporting and implementing strategies to grow Pride’s trade finance business portfolio in line with Pride’s business plan and policies.

He/ she will be responsible for providing legal services to support business operations in accordance with Bank’s policies, procedures and the law.

He/ she will be responsible for the design, coordination, and monitoring of strategic and digital transformation initiatives within the Bank, ensuring adaptable and forward-looking strategy execution informed by emerging trends, innovation, and internal capability building.

He/ she will responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and delivery of strategic and operational transformation initiatives that align with the Bank’s corporate strategy.
