To grow BUBL’s agricultural loan product portfolio in assigned satellites while adhering to client protection principles, internal policies and procedures, and Bank of Uganda regulations

To advise or sensitize prospective and existing clients on BUBL’s loan product and cross sell other financial products and services.

To ensure timely processing of payments and system transactions, filing of tax returns, reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers and resolution of all outstanding as per set policies and procedures

The Loan Collection Officer will be responsible for managing the bank’s written-off and high-risk loan portfolio, ensuring recovery actions are taken in a timely, lawful, and cost-effective manner.
