The successful candidates will be responsible for managing written-off loan portfolios and loans at risk of write-off.

To drive the achievement of business and overall bank’s Objectives through the implementation of Human resources strategy, policies and practices.

The Teller will be responsible for receiving customers, handling deposits and withdrawals, and ensuring accurate cash management while delivering excellent customer service.

You will participate in establishing and executing the annual audit plan, provide assurance on risk management within the audited audited activities and perform various activities

You will advice or sensitize prospective and existing clients on BUBL’s loan agricultural product and cross sell other financial products and services.

You will ensure timely update transactions within the system and to ensure accuracy of the system data, timely processing of transactions.

You will Develop and implement the operational governance systems, to achieve required efficiency, quality, and compliance with the bank standards and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that BUBL operates in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards.

To implement the pay and administration system and staff welfare in line with the HR policy.
