How to Apply

  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliations for all Head office Bank Accounts

  • Preparation of the BOU weekly liquidity return, extraction of the daily branch liquidity report, work as a bank agent, collect WHT and FD certificates in a timely manner and ensure that the withheld amount is offset against the tax to be paid, filing of treasury documents.

  • Preparation of schedules for the allocated asset and liability general ledger (NSSF provision, PAYE payable, Vat payable, withholding tax payable, Accrued Salary, Local service tax, Excise duty, Receivables Mobile money from MTN, Stamp duty provision and prepaid taxes).

  • Preparing adjusting journal for reconciling items resulting from the reconciliation of the Bank accounts and general ledgers.

  • Processing of NSSF, PAYE, WHT, STAMP DUTY, EXCISE DUTY, LST, VAT and other payments as per the set timelines.

  • Posting transactions to the core banking system and checking payments.

  • Resolution of audit issues

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Statistics
