You Will Manage increment of bad debts; zero bad debts – ensuring no spill over of debts to over 90days bucket.

Responsible for the Implementation of the CSM (Client Service Management) Organization & SAM Strategy for the Airtel Enterprise Services with the customers.

The Head Retail will Manage deployment of the target numbers for all retail channels.

You will Engage customers through email, calls and visits to collect due and overdue monies and develop strong relationships that would facilitate new business opportunities.
