Drive performance across all products (Fixed Data, GSM, FTTH, Xstream Flex, FWA, etc.) to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Responsible for ensuring Know your Customer (KYC) and sim swap compliance of the overall active base as per regulator guidelines for all prepaid, postpaid, Merchants and Agents.

The RAN Planning & Optimization Engineer will enhance our network performance, ensure optimal radio access network (RAN) coverage and capacity, and continuously improve customer experience across our GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G platforms.

Understand new client’s business needs and recommend the most appropriate Airtel money solutions and products.

This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, increasing brand love, and ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms to achieve business growth and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.

Develop sales strategies to address grow CMS (Customer Market Share), SOGA (Share of Gross Add) and RMS Revenue Market Share.

The successful candidate will oversee debt collection processes, ensure timely account reconciliation, and support the organization’s financial health through proactive client engagement and data-driven decision-making.

This role will play a pivotal part in pricing, go-to-market strategy, product customization, and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer lifecycle management.
