How to Apply
To lead the Emerging Enterprise Business vertical (SOHO, SME, and Mid-Market segments), delivering commercial performance across Mobility, Fixed Data, and FTTH portfolios through a hybrid direct and indirect Go-To-Market (GTM) model. This role drives volume-based acquisition, deepens account engagement, and manages regional execution excellence while building high-performance sales teams across Uganda.
Deliver Net Adds and Revenue growth for all products.
Execute Account Development Plans (ADPs) and GTM initiatives.
Drive segment-level product adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Onboard, manage and grow Franchise Partner Network.
Improve DSA productivity.
Ensure national footprint is aligned to revenue opportunity.
Field coaching and performance management of Regional Heads.
Execution of zonal sales plans.
Regular training & mentoring.
Talent reviews and succession planning.
Coaching Direct Sales Agents, Supervisors, and Key Account Managers.
Collaborate with customer experience and backend support.
Track churn & proactively resolve service blockers.
Segment analysis & performance dashboards.
Use insights for interventions.
Must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Preferred: MBA or Executive Leadership Program participation.
Minimum 10 years’ commercial experience with at least 5 in leadership roles.
Proven track record in B2B, B2C, or channel sales management.
Experience managing distributed teams and multiple sales channels.
Familiarity with telecoms, technology, or high-volume FMCG/financial services sectors (telecom/tech experience is an added advantage but not mandatory).
