Job Description
Airtel Uganda is seeking a Territory Business Manager responsible for developing and implementing the Territory’s strategy to deliver on customer additions and revenue numbers. The role involves managing sales strategies, market analysis, and staff motivation to ensure business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to address grow CMS (Customer Market Share), SOGA (Share of Gross Add) and RMS Revenue Market Share.
- Utilize market research and effective competitor analysis to develop and implement sales plan/strategies that will give Airtel an edge over completion.
- Develop strategies to drive site wise performance on gross adds, E-recharge and Airtel Money within the Territory.
- Act as a consultant on planned Marketing campaigns within the territory.
- Track & evaluate campaign effectiveness within the territory.
- Ensure Brand visibility within the territory.
- Tracking of Territory Network key perfomance indicators on service delivery and site productivity.
- Come up with strategies to address all Low revenue sites in the territory and ensure they optimally deliver as required by the business.
- Drive desired customer experience in all Airtel Experience centres/ touch points in the territory.
- Manage, develop and motivate staff.
