The Underwriting Officer is responsible for evaluating insurance proposals by assessing risk, determining appropriate coverage, policy terms, and pricing in line with AAR General Insurance Uganda’s underwriting guidelines and risk appetite.

The Claims Analyst is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and processing insurance claims in accordance with AAR’s internal procedures and industry regulations.

Responsible for conducting dental examinations, performing dental procedures, and providing preventive oral health care in line with the hospital’s clinical protocols and patient care standards.

The Clinic Administrator, reporting to the Health Centre Manager, oversees the clinic’s administrative operations, ensuring a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team.

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations within AAR Uganda.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients at the Health Centre, warmly welcoming them, verifying membership status, and ensuring smooth registration for outpatient services.

Drive sales growth through direct engagement with clients and promotion of insurance and medical service products.
