Serve as the first point of contact for clients at the Health Centre, warmly welcoming them, verifying membership status, and ensuring smooth registration for outpatient services.

How to Apply
Provide a friendly and professional reception to all clients.
Attend to members promptly upon arrival at the Health Centre.
Verify client membership validity before outpatient services are accessed.
Oversee the general upkeep of the reception area, including service delivery, equipment functionality, and cleanliness.
Duties:
Welcome and direct clients to the appropriate service points.
Confirm membership validity; inform clients if payment is required due to invalid membership.
Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information.
Print ARN forms as needed.
Collect co-payment fees from staff, dependants, or other clients when applicable.
Resolve client concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Manage incoming and outgoing parcels.
Schedule and confirm client appointments.
Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated integrity, credibility, and trustworthiness.
Professional maturity and ability to handle client interactions with discretion.
