Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
Professional certification such as DIU, CII, COP or equivalent is required.
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in general insurance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims management, product development, and distribution.
Proven track record of business growth, profitability, and team leadership.
