Job Description
The SME & Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers within the SME and retail markets, promoting AAR's medical insurance products, and converting leads into sales. The position involves client education, product demonstrations, handling queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and prior experience in a sales environment. Online job training will be provided to ensure effective performance in the role.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell AAR’s medical insurance and related services to SMEs and retail clients.
Identify potential customers and maintain a pipeline of leads.
Explain product features and benefits to customers.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Attend job training sessions and apply learnings in day-to-day sales activities.
Meet assigned sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance.
Prior experience in sales, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Advantage:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation.
Willingness to undergo online job training.
