The Clinic Administrator, reporting to the Health Centre Manager, oversees the clinic’s administrative operations, ensuring a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team. This role also ensures the delivery and maintenance of high-quality nursing care aligned with nursing standards and AAR Healthcare guidelines.

How to Apply
Provide supervision and hands-on support for patient nursing care, ensuring efficient and effective services.
Maintain the clinic environment to reflect AAR Healthcare’s corporate image and standards.
Manage clinic resources, including equipment, supplies, and materials, to support smooth operations.
Allocate nursing duties and oversee staff performance.
Address and resolve patient complaints promptly.
Organize and coordinate monthly staff meetings.
Prepare monthly and annual departmental reports.
Develop staff duty rotas for review by the Health Centre Manager.
Collaborate with the Health Centre Manager on budgeting and financial planning.
Handle staff-related matters on behalf of the Health Centre Manager.
Coordinate community outreach events to promote health awareness and corporate social responsibility.
Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and storage of patient data.
Manage compilation and submission of locum and temporary staff invoices.
Prepare and submit monthly leave reports following approval.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Performance Measures:
Delivery of 100% nursing care quality.
Timely submission of reports as per deadlines.
Adherence to budgeted turnaround times (TAT).
Consistent maintenance of high cleanliness standards within the clinic.
Successful coordination of community events within budget.
Proper orientation documentation for nurses and clinic staff.
Prompt resolution of customer service issues.
Daily maintenance and sharing of critical incident reports.
Accurate monthly inventory and upkeep of clinic equipment.
Support the Health Centre Manager in clinic management during their absence.
Compile and submit weekly and monthly operational reports (including Private, DB visit, TCP, HMIS reports).
Diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years relevant nursing experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is an advantage.
Clinical training preferred.
