How to Apply
Coordinate recruitment activities, including managing job applications, scheduling interviews, and administering psychometric tests.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Manage staff leave records and related documentation.
Support general HR office administration and filing.
Facilitate staff training logistics and documentation.
Coordinate staff exit clearance processes.
Prepare and submit HR reports as required.
Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and activities.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Duties:
Compile and organize job applications.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Prepare new employee starter packs.
Update employee personal files regularly and ensure completeness per the starter pack checklist.
Process procurement requests for the HR department promptly.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail for HR.
Organize logistics for HR meetings, trainings, and events.
Maintain records of statutory and voluntary payroll deductions.
Assist with CSR coordination and activities.
Key Performance Indicators:
Timely coordination and communication of interviews (minimum 3 days’ notice).
Weekly accurate updates of employee records.
Prompt processing of departmental requisitions (within 2 days).
Complete and compliant employee files according to the starter pack checklist.
Education & Experience:
University degree from a recognized institution.
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related HR professional qualification.
Minimum of 1 year relevant HR experience.
Proficient in ICT tools.
Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
High initiative, creativity, and discretion.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Team player mindset.
