Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Vendor Experience Agent to work in Uganda.

Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, the introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory actions.

Monitor national and international laws and regulations related to security

Cost Control - ensure timely, reliable and accurate verification of costs against approved budget and contractual commitments;

Ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors and maintain responsible operations of the Offices.

Ensure the scheduled work plan from the Sales Team Leads are well executed through handling weekly work reviews and planning reviews

Active participation in the setting of sales KPIs and ensuring all Sales Team Leads get clear communication on their targets.

Performance management & development; Design and manage performance appraisal systems, providing regular feedback.

Report on customer’s balance and the financial risk. Signature by the managers of their statements of accounts

Develop a sales and marketing strategy and ensure sales team activities are in line with the sales strategy.

Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
