On behalf of our client in the telecommunications industry, we are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join the team as Direct Sales Agents.
Job Summary
As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating, following up on, and closing sales opportunities — primarily focused on internet service subscriptions and ODU (Outdoor Unit) device sales for both residential and corporate clients.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling internet services and devices within assigned territories.
Customer Onboarding: Register and activate new customers while maintaining an up-to-date client database.
Market Development: Conduct market activations and identify new business opportunities.
Reporting:
Submit daily reports detailing sales made, leads in the pipeline, and challenges encountered.
Participate in scheduled and impromptu team meetings and training sessions.
Route Management: Follow pre-agreed journey plans and routes as directed by your supervisor and 5G Lead.
Customer Service: Provide frontline support and ensure client satisfaction during onboarding and after-sales.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Education: Diploma or its equivalent (Associate Degree)
Experience: At least 12 months (1 year) of relevant experience in field sales or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent selling and negotiation abilities
Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working 8–10 hours in the field
Well-groomed and presentable with a professional demeanor
Fast learner with the ability to understand and promote technical products
Results-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting targets
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with team members
Open to both male and female candidates, preferably under 30 years of age
