About the Role:
Q-Sourcing Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site HR Officer to support HR functions at a construction project site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies—especially in a field environment such as pipeline construction.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people management, process coordination, and creating a safe, well-supported workforce in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows and candidate assessments.
Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring proper training, equipment issuance, and safety orientation specific to field operations.
Conduct employee orientation sessions on company policies, procedures, and site safety.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including personnel files, training records, and certifications.
Prepare periodic HR reports and assist in handling administrative HR tasks.
Provide employee support on benefits enrollment, inquiries, and claims.
Assist in the implementation of employee health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
Support background verification processes for new hires and contract staff.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Prior experience in HR administration, preferably in a site or field-based environment.
Solid understanding of general HR practices, labor regulations, and administrative processes.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in pipeline or construction work is an added advantage.
