About the Role:

Q-Sourcing Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site HR Officer to support HR functions at a construction project site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies—especially in a field environment such as pipeline construction.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people management, process coordination, and creating a safe, well-supported workforce in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

  • Prior experience in HR administration, preferably in a site or field-based environment.

  • Solid understanding of general HR practices, labor regulations, and administrative processes.

  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).

  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in pipeline or construction work is an added advantage.
