How to Apply
Deliver timely and accurate management information, including costing, pricing, and financial performance analysis.
Support long-term financial planning in line with strategic goals.
Collaborate with Finance Operations and Controlling to prepare product and service costing and pricing.
Work closely with Business Development to resolve client costing issues, manage receivables, and reconcile client accounts.
Prepare monthly Management Information Packs and forecasts, including quality control, variance analysis, and performance explanations.
Develop and manage annual budgets for both capital (CapEx) and operational (OpEx) expenditures.
Assist Project Managers and Business Development in budgeting and planning cycles.
Oversee Value of Work Done (VOWD) and SG&A accrual processes for USPC activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintain and update the asset register.
Analyze factory production reports for cost-related data to guide pricing and scheduling.
Maintain accurate inventory and contribute to end-of-period financial reporting.

Budgeting & Forecasting
Cost Accounting: Expertise in analyzing operational costs for pricing and budgeting
Performance Management: KPI measurement and variance analysis
Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets
ERP & Financial Systems Expertise
Financial Modeling: Ability to develop business cases for strategic decisions
Presentation Skills: Ability to explain financial data to non-financial managers using tools like PowerPoint

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.
Professional certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA is required.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management accounting or related financial roles.
Proven ability to influence, lead teams, and drive results with integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
