In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing our digital credit workflows, verifying client information, investigating exceptions and anomalies, and supporting fraud prevention efforts.

You'll be responsible for driving client acquisition, promoting our loan products, and ensuring top-notch customer service throughout the sales journey.

The individual will conduct due diligence on potential borrowers, analyze creditworthiness and ability to repay, and effectively manage their portfolio

As a Field Collections officer, you will be responsible for contacting clients, following up on outstanding payments

Help potential customers download the app and walk them through the application process, if they request for support

Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize team tasks, manage time effectively, and achieve daily sales targets systematically

Knowledge about and practical experience with the principles of great customer care, and superb etiquette, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Be the ears of Numida in the field; report back any relevant findings to your supervisor and, in critical cases, to the broader Numida team

Develop calling lists for potential customers who are not willing to borrow immediately but might be interested in the future
