Job Purpose
Numida is seeking dynamic, motivated Commission-Based Sales Agents to join our growing team. If you have a strong sales background, a positive work ethic, and a passion for helping small businesses thrive, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be responsible for driving client acquisition, promoting our loan products, and ensuring top-notch customer service throughout the sales journey.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Prospect New Clients: Engage potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and referrals.
Promote Loan Products: Educate clients on Numida’s loan offerings, matching products to their needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships and ensure a seamless experience.
Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed set sales goals.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of sales activities and customer interactions.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for updates on products, services, and market conditions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (financial services sector preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
Strong time management and organizational ability.
Ability to build rapport and earn client trust.
Knowledge of loan products and financial regulations is a plus.
Prior experience with commission-based roles or business development is an added advantage.
