Analyze all the monthly reconciliation reports prepared by the various officers of the Bank and prepare a reconciliation status report to be submitted to Management.

Serve as first point-of-contact and advisor to staff and line managers on HR cases related to day-to-day workplace matters and activities such as recruitment, performance, engagement-related planning, leave and training information in accordance with the Human Resources policies and procedures manual.

Drive productivity of corporate relationship managers through client acquisition and management of existing corporate client relationships consistent with the Bank’s strategy in-order to achieve desired quality of business growth.

Sourcing for new personal banking business opportunities in coordination with the sales team and other units.

Receive and analyse customer applications for ATM cards, Credit cards and cheque books, prepare quality recommendations within set T.A.T.

Growth of the Corporate deposit book as per the set organizational targets & ALCO guidelines through growth of current accounts/collection business as well as Debt, Trade and Treasury opportunities from the FI Sector.

Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities and premises management strategy to maintain high standards of quality and appearance across all bank properties.

Conduct proactive system reviews, assessments, and data analysis to identify vulnerabilities and ensure timely corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of data compliance strategies while acting as a key liaison with regulatory bodies including the Bank of Uganda

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting custody operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing client relationships, and maintaining the integrity of custody transactions and records.

You will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of SME assets, liabilities, and other bank products, as per targets set by the Branch Manager.

This role is essential in ensuring optimal system availability, operational efficiency, and continuous service improvement in alignment with IT and business objectives.
