Develops and implements a business plan, goals, and budget for IT functions and activities that considers the overall corporate objectives, business plan and operational priorities.

Structure compelling solution proposals to demonstrate a thorough understanding of each client’s requirements and objectives.

Establish a comprehensive training program on the risks facing the Bank to embed knowledge of policies and procedures within business units.

Manage the entire cycle of banking products and services from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring they are competitive, profitable and align with overall business strategy.

To supervise, coach and develop the team effectively to deliver the highest standards of Customer service and maximize individual/team potential.

This role involves streamlining processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing best practices to enhance operational performance across the organization.

Perform Close of Business (COB) processes in a timely manner daily to guarantee integrity of the Business Reports.

Implement the strategic initiatives attributed to IT Security, which will protect data and information systems against unauthorized access, modification, and/or destruction.

You will Ensure dual control on all cash transactions and post cash transactions in the core banking system as per laid down procedures.
