How to Apply
Drive branch business growth, retention, and revenue collection to maximize profitability.
Implement and enforce established bank policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Manage branch expenditures within the approved budget to ensure cost efficiency.
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team by identifying and addressing training and development needs.
Uphold and implement customer service standards, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth branch operations.
Ensure full compliance with credit and operational risk frameworks to maintain a high-quality asset and liability portfolio and minimize NPAs.
Oversee monitoring and reconciliation of suspense and general ledger accounts.
Guarantee timely and accurate appraisal of customer applications.
Manage staff performance, leave schedules, and timely submission of the Branch Scorecard (B.S.C).
Engage customers to promote suitable bank products and pricing, while nurturing strong relationships through business forums, client visits, and other networking activities.
Oversee the safety, security, and maintenance of branch assets, ensuring proper administration and supervision of branch staff.
Conduct periodic operational and compliance checks as outlined in the operations manual.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
Formal training in sales leadership is an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in banking, including:
2 years in Business Banking
2 years in Relationship Management
1 year in Operations
1 year in Customer Service
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to plan and execute sales strategies in a competitive market.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a collaborative team approach and the capacity to work independently.
