The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for obtaining new business opportunities for savings and loans through direct selling and bank product campaigns, ensuring the customer is well informed and always advised about the bank products.

The Information Security Manager is responsible overseeing and implementing the institution’s cybersecurity program and enforcing the cyber and technology policy.

A Recovery Officer is responsible for securing timely repayments through daily field visits to delinquent customers, support daily branch and bailiff activities in branches assigned while maintaining positive relationships

The Accounts Relationship Officer will be responsible for promoting, selling, processing, monitoring, recording and evaluating client loans, which are Business Loans, Agricultural Loans, Personal Loans and Micro-Lending Loans

The Teller will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience while ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing for FINCA Uganda customers.

Together with the Branch Manager, drawing up monthly plans in the identified catchment locations where sales and marketing activities such as community sales drives, focus group discussions, marketing drives and door to door have been conducted.

Presenting, marketing and cross selling all FINCA products to potential clients by using promotional tools and mechanisms approved by FINCA Uganda management.

This role involves leading the design, adaptation, and delivery of a culturally responsive and gender-inclusive Train-the-Trainer (ToT) program for youth leadership development across FINCA’s subsidiaries, starting with Uganda and Tanzania.

The Operational Risk Officer will play a key role in implementing and maintaining FINCA Uganda’s Operational Risk Management Framework.

The Market & Credit Risk Analyst will support the Risk Management team in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on credit and market risks related to FINCA Uganda’s lending and investment operations.

This role supports liquidity and cash management to optimize the institution’s financial position and ensure operational efficiency.

The Branch Manager will lead the branch team, overseeing all operations in line with FINCA’s policies and strategic goals.
