Direct Sales Representatives (30 Positions)

Job Description:
FINCA is currently hiring 30 Direct Sales Representatives. The primary role involves sourcing new business opportunities for savings and loan products through direct sales and promotional campaigns. The representative will ensure customers are consistently well-informed and advised about FINCA’s banking products.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote, market, and cross-sell all FINCA products to prospective clients using approved promotional strategies and tools.
Educate customers about FINCA Uganda’s products and services.
Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships.
Conduct cold-calls and door-to-door sales visits.
Assess market potential in assigned territories and track sales performance.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in line with the established complaints management procedure.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
