The Technical officer HIV Services is responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring HIV program activities through a district led approach with up to date MoH guidelines for comprehensive Pediatric, adolescent and adult HIV care & treatment

To review and monitor the implementation of policies and procedures for general office administration, fleet, asset, and inventory management in line with the departmental mission.

The job holder will be responsible for the development of the project Health Information Systems and ensuring it is running smoothly.
