The M&E Officer will support the design, implementation, and review of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems and guidelines to effectively measure project performance and impact. This role ensures the use of data and information to guide project implementation and improvement.

How to Apply
Design and oversee the use of M&E tools and frameworks to monitor project progress and outcomes.
Lead the development and implementation of data utilization guidelines and feedback mechanisms for internal teams and partner districts.
Develop and implement M&E capacity-building plans for cluster teams and supported project sites.
Establish systems for timely, accurate, and quality reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Baylor Uganda’s M&E Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Supervise and appraise M&E staff in line with Baylor Uganda's performance management policies.
Build and maintain a skilled, motivated M&E team to support program goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Demography, Quantitative Economics or related field.
Master’s degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, or another relevant discipline.
Formal training in project Monitoring & Evaluation.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in M&E using the logical framework approach, preferably with a reputable NGO (local or international).
Proficiency in statistical software such as MS Access, Excel, STATA, SPSS, EpiDATA.
Experience conducting research and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including donors and government agencies, is an added advantage.
