Job Description
Working under the supervision of the M&E Coordinator and Prevention Officer, the Data Assistant will maintain project databases, provide technical support on data capture and reporting tools, and ensure consistent, validated reporting. The role includes supporting planning and implementation of project activities, tracking progress towards targets, and preparing updates for stakeholders. The Data Assistant will also facilitate performance review meetings, support program teams with analysis, and ensure that approved activities are implemented within set timelines.

How to Apply
Conduct timely and accurate data entry for implemented activities.
Maintain up-to-date project databases and share datasets with the M&E Coordinator for analysis.
Ensure availability and use of updated data capture/reporting tools in the community.
Support program teams with data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Participate in developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans.
Monitor activity implementation and support the Prevention Officer in creating catch-up plans.
Assist in planning, mobilization, and tracking achievements of project targets.
Monitor the Cluster PMP and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress updates.
Organize and conduct performance review meetings with stakeholders.
Validate reported data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ensure that planned activities are implemented within agreed timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Population and Demography, Quantitative Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in M&E roles within health or livelihood donor-funded projects.
Strong skills in data entry, validation, and analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
