The Direct Sales Representative (DSR) will Mobilise and acquire new bank business within the assigned sales locations.

Manage the branch’s daily operations by supporting business, optimizing service delivery, managing operational risks, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The Islamic Banking Internal Auditor is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of internal Shari’ah controls and identifying potential risks, including breaches in Shari’ah compliance or operational inefficiencies

Independently and objectively assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to governance standards across the bank.

You will Develop and implement procurement strategies, ensure efficient acquisition of goods and services, and manage supplier relationships.

You will Manage the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders and ensure that all financial statements and regulatory filings

Transport bank staff and documents and ensure proper management of the vehicle allocated in line with bank Vehicle Management Policy

Provide legal advice to management and staff in all areas of the Bank’s activities with a view to minimizing legal risk.

Maintain an average response time of less than 15 minutes for initial user support requests.

Incident Management: Implement an effective incident management process to handle system outages and failures.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company maximizes its revenue potential.

Work with IT and other departments to ensure security policies are understood and followed.
