Drive the growth of Trade Finance income (funded and non-funded) across the network. This job requires collaboration with different teams including branches to mobilize customers who are in trade business (internally or cross boarder).

Execute and monitor the implementation of the bank’s consumer banking strategy in relation to the growth and quality of the Consumer Loans portfolio, as well as direct and supervise Relationship Officers to drive growth in line with the set targets.

Responsible for Designing, installing, monitoring, maintaining, and managing the Bank’s databases while ensuring high levels of data confidentiality, integrity and availability

To conduct comprehensive Shari’ah audits and reviews of the Bank’s products, operations, internal controls, and procedures to ensure alignment with Shari’ah principles, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.

Execute the bank’s credit administration processes, including credit documentation, disbursement, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting.

Deliver high-quality customer experience by acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures

Implement the security strategy of the bank to ensure the safety and security of the bank’s assets, employees, and customers.

Drive the growth of the consumer banking business by recruiting new customers, retaining existing relationships, and continuously reviewing client wallets to optimise the Bank’s revenue through cross-selling appropriate product bundles.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standards and systems that ensure secure ICT systems and data.

Lead the development and implementation of ICT innovations and business automation initiatives within the Bank by leveraging emerging Technology to drive digital transformation projects

Implement the security strategy of the bank to ensure the safety and security of the bank’s assets, employees, and customers.

To oversee and provide strategic leadership in driving successful ICT project initiatives of the Bank.
