Contract management with external developers(freelancers) in collaboration with Head of Software Engineering

Ensure the team is fully supported, engaged and has the training & tools needed to be successful in their role.

Maintain scalable ETL processes from various sources, including multiple ERP systems, into a data warehouse.

Exercise patience with customers and make sure to follow up on all customer issues until they are fully resolved.

Provide support where engineering intervention is required (e.g. due to bugs or performance problems)

Participate in on-call rotations to respond to any critical issues outside of normal business hours.

Work closely with EEA Data to develop and validate predictive models, forecasts or other data tools for strategic marketing

Build and implement leadership development and coaching programming.

Implement robust data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.
