Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Data Analyst will collate, process, and analyze commercial and operational data to improve decision-making, enhance monitoring, evaluation, and learning, and support product and market development. The role involves generating reports for internal and external stakeholders, monitoring sales cycle trends, flagging anomalies, and supporting strategy implementation through data-driven insights. The Analyst will also ensure timely processing of sales commissions, analyze customer issues, support field teams in resolving system/user challenges, and contribute to market intelligence reports. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency with data analysis tools.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, IT, or related field from a recognized institution (Postgraduate Diploma or MBA is an added advantage).

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a Data Analyst.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of business process re-engineering and project management.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies.

    • Ability to interpret and present quantitative data effectively.

    • Fluency in English (French is an added advantage).
