Assist in the procurement process, including vendor identification, due diligence, and contract management.

Collaborate in drafting budgets and provide monthly accountability for all expenditures, including cash and bank reconciliation.

Drive CRESS AFRICA vehicles/authorized passengers to specified destinations as approved by the supervisor in line with CRESS AFRICA vehicle usage policy.

Foster positive and meaningful relationships between sponsors and sponsored children through regular communication and updates.

Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.

Conduct monthly performance review meetings with CBFs, providing feedback and support for improvement

Conduct training sessions for farmers on sustainable agricultural practices, organic techniques, and Climate smart farming technologies to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare staff including the community members where the need arises.

Develop and submit monthly work plans to the Lead CBF, outlining activities and targets for VSLAs and farmers' support.

Develop comprehensive project plans and budgets in consultation with relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Training and Support: Train and support community health workers in trauma therapy techniques to provide effective support to children.
