The Principal Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Life Assurance business in Uganda, ensuring sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and alignment with CIC Group’s and subsidiary’s strategic objectives

The Business Development Manager – Cooperatives role will spearhead growth of insurance business through cooperatives and SACCOs by identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, driving sales, expanding distribution channels, and building strong relationships that increase penetration of insurance products within the cooperative movement.

The Assistant Manager – Brand & Marketing will support the development and execution of CIC’s brand and marketing strategy to position the company as a leading insurance provider.

The Medical Senior Claims Officer is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing, assessment, and settlement of medical insurance claims.

To identify, develop and manage business opportunities within the Retail sectors, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, client satisfaction, long-revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.

To create strong stakeholders’ value through overseeing efficient utilization of available resources and ensure customer focus across the region.

The role is responsible for expanding the client base, maintaining strong broker and cultivating high -value client relationships, negotiating profitable business, and ensuring the achievement of the set sales targets.

The officer will act as the key relationship link between the company and schools, universities, churches, mosques, and other faith-based institutions.

To support the effective management of the Procurement and supply chain function by coordinating procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of goods and services

The role provides high-level executive support to the Managing Director, managing schedules, communications, and departmental operations

The Head of Finance is responsible for leading all financial operations, with a primary focus on IFRS 17 compliance, financial reporting, regulatory submissions, and strategic financial planning.
