The Human Resource Officer will implement and oversee HR operational practices for employees in strict alignment with company policies, procedures, and local labor regulations

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, monitoring and managing compliance risk in line with the laws, Regulations and Prudential standards, including internal policies and procedures.

Responsible for providing leadership to the Internal Audit department by ensuring it achieves its role of providing assurance and consulting services to the Bank through a systematic approach to evaluating risk management

To market the Bank’s products and manage customer relationships through proactive and consultative approaches to acquire profitable New business, retain existing business relationships and maintain high-quality portfolios

To provide independent, objective assurance and advice designed to add value and improve the organisation’s operations while focusing on internal control systems, risk management framework and governance.

Design and manage the information systems, as well as analyse and track data needed to implement the Bank’s strategy and facilitate efficient business operations and effective decision-making.

Responsible for enrollment, marketing of bank products, and ensuring the bank’s product offering is fully utilised by the target market.

To plan, direct and control the development, implementation and maintenance of the Bank’s information and communication systems to support and contribute to the achievement of the Bank’s overall mission and core objectives.

Responsible for driving the compliance independent second line of defence assurance program, ensuring the Department’s activity plan is up to date, handling adhoc reviews based on emerging risks

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and managing IT and cybersecurity risks across the Bank’s infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and enforcement of the bank’s cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection of information systems, data, and infrastructure against evolving cyber threats.

To utilize the available information systems to generate data required to prepare reports which provide insightful information to enable management make effective and efficient decisions required
