Reports to: Manager, Products, Innovation & Transactional Banking
Department: Business
Job Summary: Responsible for enrollment, marketing of bank products, ensuring the bank’s product offering is fully utilized by the target market.
Accountable for effective conversion of CBU customers on all products and channels.
Drive uptake and utilization as per banks strategy and budget.
Monitor performance of the bank’s products daily within a given portfolio and identify shortfalls if any and ensure optimized uptake of the channels.
Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing the existing product specifications and requirements to match customer needs.
Ensure products offered are in line with the bank’s overall customer experience standards.
Ensure effective controls so that service is delivered within regulatory and legal requirements and internal operational risk management guidelines.
Monitor processes and procedures within the Bank to ensure compliance to set policies, procedures, and manuals with particular emphasis on risk mitigation.
Ensure high level of product knowledge.
Proactively identify and escalate issues that will crop up in any products and follow up to ensure effective resolution of those issues.

A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business related field.
Skills and competencies.
Customer centricity and a good understanding of the sales process
Excellent planning and organization and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and analytical and reporting writing skills
High Level of integrity
Creating and innovating
Learning and researching
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Banking Industry
Knowledge of Branch processes and procedures
Knowledge of bank products, services and policies and procedures.
