Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

Responsible for assigned client contract execution. From Booking to Final document Submission to Client (All documentation).

Maintaining contact (email/phone/WhatsApp) with Tour Operators and Direct Clients about existing bookings, making adjustments were needed.

Performs supervisory responsibilities by overseeing skilled mechanics and workers maintaining automobile vehicles.

Communicate technology strategy to the board, management and key stakeholders as applicable.

Generate monthly financial reports, including Trial Balance, Income and Expenditure statement, and Balance Sheet.

Oversee financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, planning, and treasury management.

Support the project accountant in procurement policies by gathering transactional and compliance-supporting documents from different service providers, organizing them, and delivering them to the project team.

Safely drive CEO to and from designated locations, ensuring their security and comfort.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
