We are seeking a skilled and experienced diplomatic Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and secure transportation services to the CEO, ensuring timely and efficient movement to and from various locations. The Driver must maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and adherence to security protocols.

Responsibilities:
Safely drive CEO to and from designated locations, ensuring their security and comfort.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations and maintain a high standard of defensive driving.
Implement and uphold security measures to safeguard diplomatic personnel during transportation.
Familiarity with diplomatic protocols and procedures, ensuring strict compliance at all times.
Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
Respond calmly and effectively in emergencies, following established protocols to ensure the safety of personnel.
Maintain open and clear communication with CEO and relevant staff.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Uphold a positive image for the diplomatic mission through courteous and respectful behavior.

Qualified candidates will have:
Proven experience as a diplomatic driver or in a similar role with a clean driving record.
Certificate of good conduct (Interpol)
Defensive driving certificate.
Knowledge about Kampala region
Familiarity with diplomatic protocols and security measures.
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Ability to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the position.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in the local language and, if applicable, proficiency in English or any other required languages.
