Job Description
The Graduate Trainee - Data Science will use scientific or statistical techniques to make predictions, solve complex business problems, and identify opportunities to grow/optimize the business based on insights derived from data points.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying relevant data sources for business needs and collecting structured/unstructured data.
- Organizing data into usable formats and building predictive models.
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
- Analyzing data for trends and patterns to find answers to specific business questions.
- Data discovery: Generating information and insights from data sets to identify trends.
- Preparing reports for executive and project teams using data storytelling and visualizations.
- Collaborating with the Data Protection Officer to support personal data protection practices.
- Identifying data breaches and developing mitigation strategies and automated tracking mechanisms.
