Integrate cultural elements of French-speaking countries into the curriculum to broaden students' cultural awareness and understanding.

Participate in the development, review, and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities

Providing constructive feedback and support to enhance staff performance.

Collaborate with other social studies teachers, school counselors, administrators, and community organizations to promote interdisciplinary connections
