About the Role
Shree Sahajanand Primary School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Uganda National Primary Curriculum. This role is central to advancing academic excellence, integrating digital learning, and building teacher capacity across the school.
The Curriculum Coordinator will oversee curriculum planning and delivery across all primary levels, with a special focus on early years thematic instruction and upper primary PLE (Primary Leaving Examination) preparation. This is a leadership role suited for an educational professional passionate about innovative pedagogy and school-wide impact.

How to Apply
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of the Uganda National Primary Curriculum.
Support teachers in delivering thematic learning in the early grades and exam-focused instruction in upper primary.
Drive curriculum innovation and digital transformation within teaching and learning practices.
Build teacher capacity through mentoring, instructional coaching, and professional development.
Ensure alignment of academic programs with national education standards and PLE readiness.
Monitor learning outcomes and lead data-driven improvements across subjects.
Collaborate with school leadership to implement strategic academic initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education (required).
Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience, including at least 2 years in an academic leadership or coordination role.
Experience in PLE candidate preparation is essential.
Certification or training in pedagogical leadership, curriculum design, or instructional coaching is an added advantage.
Proven ability to integrate digital tools into classroom instruction and curriculum management.
