This entry-level role supports IT audit assignments by assisting senior officers in risk assessment, testing, and reporting.

The Officer will conduct audit assignments across BoU operations to evaluate risk management, governance, and internal controls.

The Examiner – IT and Cyber Security will conduct assessments of IT governance, cybersecurity, and digital banking risk management in Commercial Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs).

To manage the IT asset lifecycle and change management processes, ensuring that IT assets—including documents—are effectively tracked, maintained, and updated.

To provide comprehensive first-level support for all IT applications and services across the Bank, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.

To manage and maintain the Bank’s business applications ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

To manage and maintain the Bank's database environments with a focus on Oracle technologies, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

To manage and maintain the Bank’s data storage systems and ensure business continuity.

To strategically manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, and contracts, ensuring optimal value, compliance, and effective governance, serving as the IT purchasing and budget officer.
